Between our team, we bring together three licensed Professional Engineers with degrees spanning mechanical, electrical, and aerospace engineering — alongside a master Tool & Die Maker holding 15+ North American patents, a 26-year global supply chain leader with deep roots across Asia, and a marketing executive with nearly 30 years in brand and go-to-market execution. Eric is among the first 50 Theory of Constraints practitioners worldwide certified by Dr. Eli Goldratt himself across all six disciplines. Combined, we speak seven languages and operate on the ground across Asia. The result is a team with rare range — from the boardroom to the plant floor, from strategy through to supply.
